They cleaned the inside of the car but didn't clean the inside of the windshield very well. They were badly smeared. I had to stop and clean a portion of the front windshield so I could see out. The sun was making the smears impossible to see through! Great job on the bumper though! Like it never happened! read less

When I picked up my car it look marvelous, unfortunately three days later my car just completely shut off and will not start. My car was running perfectly fine before I put it in star for the body work.UPDATE: Robert reached out immediately after this review. He advised they will have my car towed to a shop and checked out without having to pay any expenses out of pocket and if it is anything to do with the work they did they will cover it. Fortunately for them it is my starter it just so happen to go out a few days after my car got out the shop. The customer service again was great they immediately handled issue! A weird accident, and... read moreLate at night, a hit-and-run driver plowed into our CrossTrek, which was parked in the driveway. A weird accident, and police never found the culprit. I thought the insurance company would write off the car as totaled, but they elected to repair it. They gave us a choice of repair places, and we chose Star, because it was highly rated by the local Subaru dealer. We just got the car back, and it looks brand new and drives well. (I appreciate the good gas mileage even more with the higher gas prices.) Repairs took awhile, because a key rear suspension part was slow to arrive (pandemic supply chain issues), but Star kept us updated on progress several times a week. read less

I had taken... read moreThe bumper of my Lexus had started to separate from the drivers side fender for some reason. I had taken it to the Toyota dealer and they refer all their body work out to Star. I pulled in without an appointment to ask them about fixing it and met with Richard. He was working on something at his desk but quickly jumped up to come outside and take a look. Richard found that that clips that hold the bumper had started to fail on the drivers side. He suggested that at some point in the future I would need to replace the bumper to fix permanently. At the same time, he took the extra time to retrieve some tools and was able to fasten and tighten the two pieces back together, which have held since.I can't say enough good things about Richard and Star Body Works. I had no appointment and he stopped everything he was doing to help me. What great service!I've rarely ever needed body shop work on any of my cars, but if I ever do, I will be using Star Body Works for anything I ever need in the future!!Great service.
